Every year LocalShops1 celebrates its birthday by honoring the businesses and people at the forefront of the buy local movement. This year's award ceremony will be held on Aug 7, 2014 at the St. Petersburg Museum of History. The awards consist of a nominations period, voting by public and select judges and culminated in a banquet award ceremony.

Awards will be given in the following categories: Best Established Business, Best New Business, Best at Grassroots Marketing and Most Community… Show more
