Elisse had a crush on her brother's best friend Theo for years while growing up but he never saw her like that, until he finally did years later. Now all grown up Elisse is looking to take over the family business from her brother Morgan and finally pursue her dreams of running the Auto Repair and Body Shop...if only she can get Morgan to cut ties with it things would be smooth sailing, well almost.

Theo is being groomed to take over his family's fortune 500 business and his father never lets him forget that his main focus needs to be work, not out racing cars which is his true passion. It seems neither Elisse nor Theo are having an easy go of working their dream jobs.

I love this Winter Valley Series, each of the stories can be read as a standalone although they are revolving around Elisse's siblings so there may be some spoilers if you haven't read the previous books. Theo and Elisse are so much fun to read I really enjoyed the bantering between the two of them. I will say this book is not SPICY like I normally read, this is more heartwarming and sweet (think Hallmark Movie type read) so keep that in mind when you grab your copy.

If you enjoy Contemporary Romances, Small Town Romances, or Brothers Best Friend Romances I would recommend this book to you.

Happy Reading!!!

It’s not the holiday season without a lovely visit to Winter Valley! I’ve loved reading a story from this picturesque and oh-so-festive locale every year, and Graham Claire and Claudio Burgoa never disappoint. Christmas cheer, swoony romance, feel-good stories, lovable characters, and all the feels- yet another delightful visit. Here with You has all the holiday magic and butterfly inducing charm to start the holiday season off right!

This is Elisse and Theo’s story- and Claudia and Graham deliver a bit ole Christmas present in the form of a story combining two of my favorite tropes- brother’s best friend AND holiday romance. Fa-la-la-LABULOUS! Even better- we have super interesting and captivating characters. A sexy race-car driving and savvy businessman hero in Theo, co-owner (and lately a distant partner) of an autoshop with his best friend, who is our heroine Morgan’s brother. Morgan also works at the family autoshop and has been running the show a bit as her brother is away getting a fancy MIT degree. Things are complicated, however, when Theo comes back to town to check in on the shop- because Elisse has long since been crushing on her brother’s bestie…and Theo is a notorious playboy thanks to his fast and furious career (pun intended). Now that Theo is back in town for a bit, things finally heat up between them - which can only mean drama.

This is a cute, lighthearted, and super fast read. I wish it were a bit longer so we can dig into the story more, but I appreciated the fast and engaging pace. Both characters open up about their fears and aspirations, buried hopes and pains that really help them connect quickly, and given the overarching slow burn of their relationship and being in each other’s lives for so long, it’s still believable how quickly they fall into each other and fall. We have plenty of swoons and tender feelings, authentic moments, and tons of family fun.

Another magica visit to Winter Valley- and we get to catch up with some of our prior book characters, too! I’m feeling all kinds of festive and happy.

I was so excited to return to Winter Valley and the Bradford family. I absolutely loved Elisse. She was a character I could so easily relate to. Trying so hard to make everyone else happy while putting off her own dreams and happiness. Theo is a man who doesn't do relationships, and hasn't really had a positive example of a relationship in his life. He also happens to be Elisse's brother's best friend.

The chemistry and attraction between these two is palpable. I love the way Theo is always teasing Elisse. Such a wonderful read.

5 Star Review Here With You (Winter Valley #3) by Claudia Burgoa and Grahame Claire

Having read and loved the previous books in the Winter Valley series I was excited to read Here With You. Although not a particularly long book the authors certainly wrote an entertaining story.
Here With You was well written with characters that are easy to relate too and whose story you cannot help but become invested in. The story flowed well and I have no idea which author wrote what or where one ends and the other starts.
This is Elisse and Theo’s story and it made me smile which was really needed this week. The writing is so descriptive that I would love to visit Winter Valley, it sounds like a wonderful place to visit.
Theo is Elisse’s brothers best friend and therefore should be off limits, however sometimes the heart wants who the heart wants and passion quickly ignites between them. This was a light-hearted, romance that ticked all the boxes for me.

Note: I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Note 2: This is a series. Please read in order, as they are interconnected. This will be the final book for now, as the author has moved on from this series.

Triggers: death of a young child, separation.

I liked this book, in the beginning a lot. Ya know friends to enemies to lovers. Plus the heroine was a mechanic - which was a refreshing change from the usual careers I read about the heroines I read in the novels. Plus the hero also has expertise in the same area.

And they were a lot close with each other - which really sold me on them being friends.

I was all in for their love story. But some things ruined it for me, that didn't help me quite enjoy the story as much as I should have.

For one thing - I wish Elisse had stood up to her sister earlier, instead of taking her sweet time. If she could have a fling with Theo, then why not be confrontational with her sister? It went on forever and annoyed me about her to no end.

Secondly - they couldn't decide what they wanted. I feel a lot of communication and extra time could've helped me believe they would solve their problems and be a good couple REALISTICALLY. Everything felt rushed and I hated that fact. A LOT.

Otherwise, it was a decent attempt at telling Theo and Elisse's story - their ups and downs, family problems, chemistry and being friends then lovers for good. Plus the brother and sisterly bond between Morgan and Elisse was adorable as hell -as well as the rest of the family -which really sold me on their dynamics well.

I just wish the other parts of the story matched up.

But anyway a solid attempt, and I look forward to both Claudia and Grahame Claire's books in the future.

Until the next read,

Here With You is a best friend’s little sister, childhood crush, holiday, billionaire, small town romance. Elisse was someone dedicated to putting her family’s needs before her dreams and I related to that so much. Theo was a broken man after the death of his sister and while he had dreams as the only child and heir to a Fortune 500 company he didn’t have much of a choice. His home has always been Winter Valley and Theo considers Elisse’s family the Bradfords as his family as well.

This book was so cute and I adored the FMC! Elisse and Theo have known each other all their lives, but given the fact that they are connected by Elisse’s brother the relationship development was slow. This book was a short, quick read and can be read as a standalone.

Elise is trying to balance the event planning business that she has with her sister and the career she really loves which is the auto repair shop that her family owns. She has been hiding her feelings for her brother’s best friend Morgan but when they start working on his race car together that is proving to be more difficult with each passing day.

Theo has a difficult past which has shaped him into the man he is today. He is dealing with more than anyone knows as not only is dealing with the past, but he is torn between loyalty to his family and his career as a race car driver. Whenever he and Elise are together the sparks fly and now he must decide if the reward of pursuing Elise is worth the risk?

Elise and Theo are both dealing with challenges when it comes to their family and their careers, but it also gives them a greater understanding of each other as they take us on a romantic and emotional journey that is sure to touch your heart.

I am not one for Christmas romance normally however Theo's and Elisse's story had all the feels I long for when I read books. This book reads quickly and does have all the feels with none of the angst and is super easy to become transported into the small town holidays.

If you’re looking for a sweet, heartwarming and cozy book with a hot race car driver, a storyline with funny and witty banter and a brother’s best friend romance, then Here With You (Winter Valley #3) is most definitely the book for you.

I love being in the Winter Valley world especially during this time of the year. The books in this series seriously make me wish that this town truly exists. Elisse is a talented mechanic at her brother Morgan’s auto repair and body shop and now she has to help build Theo’s race car. He’s a super sexy race car driver who happens to be her brother’s best friend and she’s had a massive crush on him for years. There’s nothing like a wonderful unrequited love romance and I was invested as I wanted these two to work out in the best way possible. They are definitely meant to be together.

Here With You is a quick, light hearted read that I absolutely adored and I really loved how Theo and Elisse’s story developed. I definitely recommend reading this wonderful holiday book.

Having read Home With You, i couldn't wait for more from these authors and this world! As soon as this installment was announced i wanted to read it. I picked it up and got right back into the Winter Valley world! I so enjoyed this story!

Elisse and Theo's journey got my attention quickly! These two have been in each other's lives since they were kids because Theo is best friend's with Elisse's brother. As these two are thrown together as Elisse is working on Theo's race car, can they ignore the sparks between them? or is it all to risky to everything they have in their lives?

I really liked the way Elisse and Theo were brought back together and how they got under each other's skin. They both had things they were dealing with in their lives and that added to the realness of their story. I didn't know how they'd tackle the obstacles in their way and deal with their feelings. The chemistry between Elisse and Theo was so good!

I enjoyed what the other characters brought to the story, especially Elisse's entertaining family.

With Here With You, Ms.Burgoa and the Grahame Claire duo have created such a good read that you'll want to finish in one sitting! These authors always know how to make me feel many things with each book. I am so looking forward to more from them!

Ranking: 3.5/5⭐

This is the first book I read by this duo of authors and also my first approach to the writing of Grahame Claire, however it's not my first rodeo with Claudia Y. Burgoa, and I have to say that I really wanted to read this series because of the holiday theme and because the synopses sound really interesting, and I wasn't wrong, overall I quite enjoyed reading Theo & Elisse and I'm dying to continue with the series.

Without a doubt Elisse was my favorite of the main characters, I really liked the introduction that Claudia & Grahame made of her character, I loved hearing about her crush on Theo and how everything collapses in her adolescent heart. It definitely broke my heart and made me very frustrated that her & Theo's family don't understand her dream of running the shop, but I love that she's fighting to make it happen and show that she's capable of it.

I liked Theo, but I was too frustrated by his initial attitude with Elisse, something that confused me a lot because in his prologue as a child it is obvious how much he cares about her and he can be quite rude when he puts his mind to it, however, his personal story is also interesting, I like that he divides his life between racing, helping his best friend Morgan, and of course Elisse, and try to run the family business.

Elisse & Theo have chemistry, their constant fights are fun and I really enjoyed reading them trust each other, especially the moment when Elisse decides to open her heart and Theo forgets that she is his best friend's sister, but I think the authors rushed two of the most important moments in their love story, and that prevented the story will reach its full potential, something that makes me very sad because these two are really cute together and their story is beautiful, there were just things that could have worked better. I'm still going to continue with the series because I'm sure I'm going to enjoy the previous books and also the ones that follow.

🚘Elisse: 4/5
🚘Theo: 3/5

I loved Here with You, by Claudia Burgoa and Grahame Claire the third book in their Winter Valley series! I loved every moment on every page of Here with You and it was impossible to put it down. Who does not love a longtime crush on your brother's best friend love story? Claudia Burgoa and Grahame Claire did not disappoint their readers with Here with You and delivered an incredible story filled with everything that I love in a holiday love story. Who does not love hot sexy men, who make you swoon, strong females, loving families, and friends, who always support one another, and wonderful characters? I loved meeting the Bradford brothers. I really enjoy how Here with You is written in the first person from the perspective of the main characters. I love knowing what the main characters are thinking and feeling. My favorite moments in Here with You are the lighter moments where I found myself smiling and laughing aloud. I also love the parts that pull at my heartstrings and cause me to sigh, as I read the heartbreaking moments Here with You is filled with such moments, and with so much more. Here with You is filled with all those elements that I have come to love and expect in a holiday love story, especially the poignant and bittersweet moments that filled this page turner. Here with You is the love story of Elisse Bradford, mechanic for Morgan’s Auto Repair & Body Shop, and an event planner with her younger sister, Clarissa and her brother’s best friend and her longtime crush, Thoreau “Theo” Foster, racecar driver, future CEO of Foster Industries, and co-owner of Morgan’s Auto Repair & Body Shop. Theo is Morgan Bradford’s best friend, and Elisse has had a crush on him since she was a child. With Morgan away finishing his degree at MIT, Elisse has taken over Morgan’s Auto Repair & Body Shop, her dream job. After completing and winning a twenty-four-hour endurance race in Saudi Arabia, Theo heads to Winter Valley, to help and at the shop and design a new car for his next race. As Elisse and Theo spend time together work together and spend time together things quickly heat up between them. Theo is concerned about starting a relationship with Elisse because he is concerned how it will impact his friendship with Morgan. Neither one wants to admit their true feelings for one another. Elisse shares the secrets about how being a mechanic is her dream job and not being an event planner and Theo shares the secrets about what happened to his family following his sister, Tilly’s death and what is expected of him regarding Foster Industries. I love the conversations between Elisse and Theo. I love Theo and Elisse’s love story, and how a plot twist changes things between them. I love all the changes that Theo is willing to make in his life to have a life and future with Elisse, and how he is willing to admit his true feelings to her. Despite his upbringing with his dad and Uncle Oscar. Claudia Burgoa and Grahame Claire have created such wonderful and memorable characters in Here with You. I love the characters and the family dynamic in Here with You, the characters feel like family and friends. I loved catching up with the other characters in the series, it felt like a family reunion. I enjoy all the interactions among Bradford siblings, it feels like real family love and makes me laugh at their teasing. I loved the bittersweet and poignant moments, as well as the unexpected plot twists. Here with You was a wonderful love story. I love the ending of their love story and how Elisse’s longtime crush turned into forever. I highly recommend this holiday romance.

Thoreau "Theo" Foster has been best friends with Morgan Bradford since they were kids growing up together in the small town of Winter Valley, Colorado. After Theo's little sister Tilly died, his parents divorced and they moved away. Theo went to live with his father in Boston, though he came back to visit his grandmother for the holidays each year and remained close with Morgan and the Bradford family. There's nothing he wouldn't do for Morgan, which is why he says yes when his best friend calls to ask for help in managing his family's auto repair shops after deciding to go back and finish his degree at MIT. Unfortunately, that puts Theo into direct conflict with Morgan's younger sister Elisse, who's already volunteered to run the shops while Morgan's away. She's angry and hurt that her brother doesn't trust her to handle things on her own and resents her childhood crush Theo for agreeing to step in. She always thought she'd outgrown her crush on Theo, but now that they're working together, she worries that her old feelings are coming back. Theo, meanwhile, has had feelings for Elisse for years but knows she's off-limits as his best friend's little sister. Will they be able to resist the pull of the attraction between them?

I really enjoyed the chemistry and banter between Theo and Elisse, especially when she told him off for continuing to use her childhood nickname, "Squirt." They both had a strong work ethic and were devoted to helping the people they cared about, but they weren't quite as good at caring for themselves. For example, Theo had a tough time standing up to his father and asking for more control over the family business, instead choosing to retreat into his love of racing and spending time with the Bradfords. Elisse, meanwhile, couldn't seem to say no to her sister Clarissa, who kept trying to pull her back into the events management business they co-founded rather than hiring a new assistant after Elisse quit. Theo and Elisse were definitely stronger together, finally standing up for themselves with their families as well as finding a way to be together despite geographic complications and Morgan's objections.

As in the previous books of the series, the secondary characters were a highlight of the story for me, with the exception of Elisse's sister Clarissa. Her passive aggressive behavior and refusal to allow Elisse to step away from the events management business really annoyed me. If the authors decide to write a story for Clarissa in the future, IMO they're going to have their work cut out for them in trying to redeem her character. She needs to learn that she can't always get her way.

Overall, I enjoyed "Here with You" and would recommend it for all contemporary romance fans. I hope this isn't the last we've seen of Winter Valley!

This is a best friend's sister romance. Elissee had a crush on her big brother's best friend Theo when she was very young until her teenage years. Of course Theo never realizes this until he sees the grown up Elisse. Theo is responsible for a lot of things - running his father's fortune 500 company, race car driving a couple of times a year, and helping/working with Elisse's brother in designing the race cars and their garage. Theo is stretched thin and even though he knows that he will eventually have to give up racing and designing race cars since he has been groomed to take over the family business, he wants the escape from that to feel "free".

Elisse is also stretch thin with her life. She has always wanted to take over the family garage business but her father and brother doesn't think she's ready for that responsibilities. She also helped her sister start a wedding planning business but her sister wants more from her. When she has the opportunity to manage the garage, she takes the opportunity even though she has to help Theo build his race car since her brother is leaving to go to MIT. Elisse thinks that Theo is a playboy who doesn't have much care in the world since he has money. As they work together, she sees a different side of Theo and can't help being attracted to him again. Theo realizes that Elisse puts a lot of pressure on herself trying to please her family so he takes her out for some fun activities to help her learn to enjoy life.

This is a great story about 2 individuals who are so alike in that their lives are similar but they handle it in different ways. They get along so well with each other but they let their responsibilities take over their lives. Theo and Elisse must decide what is more important in life, make the necessary decisions and then figure out how to make it work together.

Winter Valley is an enchanting place, and is near and dear to all who visit it, both within the series—with both the Bradford siblings and those near and dear to them drawn to keep coming back or to stay there—and without, and this series is the most heartwarming of holiday stories.
Here With You is a brother’s best friend romance with just enough enemies-to-lovers and second chance vibes to completely captivate. Elisse has always been drawn to Morgan’s bestie Theo, her first crush and unrequited love, but he’s never given her any indication that he reciprocates her feelings to any degree. In fact, some years ago he went from her thoughtful friend to her brother’s jerky friend who no longer entertained even friendship with her. Which means that his sudden reappearance is not only unwelcome, but bothersome to Elisse, who’s at a breaking point between her obligations and fulfilling her dreams at long last.
Theo’s return just might cause her to stretch herself too far at last, with both the pull of her old, unresolved feelings and their undeniable chemistry, as well as the push of the hurt feelings she’s nursed for years because of both his physical and emotional distance. Both of which he’s dispensed with in his sudden reappearance in Winter Valley, ostensibly to oversee the work on his new race car despite the many demands on his times.
While I think Peighton and Morgan remain my favorites of the Bradfords and their significant others—I’m always a sucker for the couple that first introduces me to a series—Elisse and Theo have well-earned a place in my heart as well, because it’s impossible to read Here With You and NOT root for the two of them to find their way to each other despite their obstacles and resistance to seeing where what’s between them might lead.
A satisfying and quick holiday read, Here With You leaves me looking to the stories of the remaining Bradford siblings as the Winter Valley series continues. I definitely recommend Here With You as well as the rest of the series!

Winter Valley, CO, is such a magical place and I was so excited to return there with another Christmas romance. It's quaint, warm and inviting, and I would live there if I could. This time Elisse Bradford gets a turn at love. Or she gets it dangled in front of her and then snatched away, repeatedly, and I wondered if she and Theo would ever figure themselves out!

Elisse is stretched too thin, working with her brother in the family’s automotive shop and running a wedding planning business with her sister. Her heart resides under the hood of a car, but her brother's inability to realize she’s a capable adult by trusting her with the reins and her sister's unwillingness to handle the wedding business without Elisse leaves her frustrated.

Then there's Thoreau “Theo" Foster, her childhood crush and brother's best friend. Yes, she's building his next race car, but Elisse would prefer he stay out of Winter Valley and focus on his racing career and his family's Fortune 500 company. Yet Theo can’t seem to stay away.

Theo really tugged at my heart. His family suffered a devastating tragedy years ago and never quite recovered. His mother and father divorced, and his parenting from that point on was lacking in emotional warmth. It was great that the Bradford family treated them as one of their own, but it also served to highlight what his own family was missing.

My only regret is that this story isn’t longer, but I loved every second I spent in Winter Valley watching Theo and Elisse find their forever. Sweet and sentimental with a side of steam, this charming romance will pair perfectly with your favorite Christmassy drink and is just the thing to warm your heart and put you in the holiday spirit!

This is book three in The Winter Valley Series and it is Theo and Elisse's story and it is definitely a must read. Elisse has had a crush on Theo for as long as she can remember but as they got older and drifted apart all Elisse could see is a arrogant wealthy playboy which is something that she definitely didn't need in her life as she was so busy working on the family garage trying to prove that she is a great mechanic and also helping her sister run there wedding planner business which she doesn't want to do anymore but she can't seem to please anyone which is so frustrating and annoying. Theo is so busy pleasing everyone else in his family but when he and Elisse have to work together to build a racing car for his next race things start to change between them making things even more complicated for them especially as the chemistry between them is so strong and intense but with Theo life being so busy will he be able to realise what is important in his life before it is too late. Even though this is a quick read it certainly pack's a punch and I couldn't put it down as it was so addictive and the back and forth banter made it a real page turner and definitely a must read.

This book is flawlessly and poignantly written by Claudia Burgoa and Grahame Claire. A great read and fantastic characters! This book is entertaining, passionate, romantic, and all that I hoped for from this dynamic duo of authors. This book pulled me in for the ride every step of the way. This is Thoreau (Theo) Foster and Elisse Bradford’s story. Theo and Elise’s love story is one you won’t be able to forget. Elisse’s childhood crush on Theo that turned into so much more—but was doomed from the start! Theo always saw Elisse as her brother, Morgan’s, little sister—until now!! He is her brother’s best friend!! And Theo would never break the “bro code”—which includes not dating his best friend’s sister. Any further explanation needed—No!

This story. The angst. The journey. The heartache. Forbidden love. Friends to lovers. Theo was considered part of Elisse’s family since he and her brother grew up together, and Theo has known Elisse all his life. One thing the handsome billionaire did not do was relationships. “Theo is like a brother to me, but he’s a player. He’ll just use you one time and—”. Elisse is very close with her family, and when her brother gives her advice, will she adhere to his caution. What follows for these two is a hot one-night stand, and what neither truly knew was missing. Their journey to love is intoxicatingly unusual. Find out what happens between Theo and Elisse. Will Elisse be able to keep her emotions out of the equation or will she relent? Will this end Theo and Morgan’s relationship if Theo breaks the bro code? Will Theo and Elisse get their HEA? Claudia Burgoa and Grahame Claire manages to weave humorous plot lines centered on romantic ideas with artfully developed main characters. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Winter Valley is such a magical place, a town I wish was real so I could live there. It's where this story takes place, the 3rd in this series, that just get better and better. I also fall more in love with the people of this quaint town.

Elissa longs to take over the family Mechanics shop her brother, Morgan, has been running. She is happiest under the hood of a car but instead she is helping her sister with her Wedding Planning business. Now that Morgan has finally decided to go back to school, he is worried Elisse can't manage it on her own so he brings his best friend Thoreau, (Theo,) to help her.

Elissa is running herself ragged working both the shop and the planning business. Add in her childhood crush and she is a heart attack waiting to happen! Add to that, Theo is finally seeing Morgan's little sister for who she really is, an attractive, smart, independent woman and all bets are off and the gloves are on! Let the games begin because Elisse has no defense against a flirty Theo.

This was an easy, sweet romance that you will feel good reading and after you finish the last page. Another good one from this dynamic duo and I can't wait for the next Winter Valley book!

I will read anything with Claudia Burgoa's name on it. Sorry, Grahame, I don't know you well enough yet! I liked this book because it is so complicated. Theo and Elisse have been around each other for years since he is her brother, Morgan's best friend. They have way too much going on in their lives, but they overlap because of race cars. Elisse is a mechanic taking over the shop her father built, but she is also involved in her sister's wedding planning business. He is running a massive company with his broken father, racing cars for fun, and now trying a relationship with Elisse. How are they ever going to manage? Elisse is worried about how much she has always crushed on him and thinks he isn't serious. Theo is serious but never has been before and fears losing his "found family" with the Bradfords. (Colt and Clarissa are the other two sibs.) His family was broken up by a tragedy years ago.
I liked how Theo and Elisse went back and forth but couldn't resist each other. I loved how they figured out what was most important and made it happen. Elisse stands up for herself and frees herself from obligations she no longer wants, as does Theo. Who names their kid Thoreau?
I received an ARC from the author/publisher and left this review voluntarily.

This was a perfect quick winter themed read. I love going back to Winter Valley and have been excited to read this story since I learned these two would be thrown together. It's an older brother's best friend story, which I am a huge fan of. Elisse loves working on cars and has always dreamed about running the auto shop her family owns. But getting people to trust that she knows what she wants is hard considering she's female. Theo is lost. He's the sole heir to the fortune 500 company his great grandfather started years ago but he can't seem to find his happiness. When these two are forced together to create a race car for Theo things heat up. He can't stop flirting with her and she can't stop herself from crushing on him all over again.

I absolutely loved these two and this story. Every emotion these two felt just seemed to fall off the pages. From their anger to their lust and then love. It was all just there. I stressed out for Elisse and was so happy when she finally told both her brother and sister how she felt. I was worried for Theo and the cold emotions that his family threw at him. But in the end I knew these two would end up together. It was a fast paced read that seemed to stretch out for month and months. But the wait was worth it because in the end there was nothing standing in their way. Thank you for giving us this heart felt story. It was just what I needed.

*I voluntarily read an advanced copy of this book for my honest and unbiased review*

I really enjoyed this sizzling forbidden romance wrapped up in a heartwarming holiday love story! We are back in Winter Valley with Elisse and Theo's emotional story. Elisse is being pulled in two directions between helping her sister run an event planning business and following her passion for working on cars and running the family auto repair shop for her brother, Morgan. Morgan's best friend Theo moved away after his sister died and his parents split and both moved to different cities. Theo has been groomed to take over his father's multi billion dollar company, but his passion is driving race cars. He wants Morgan and Elisse to build his new race car and is working along side them to get it done. Elisse has had a crush on Theo since they were young. Theo uses a mask of superiority to protect himself after his family heartbreak. They are both struggling with the many family pressures they are under. So when Theo and Elisse trade barbs as they work together, it only fuels their attraction, making it hotter and more explosive. But can they act on their desires? Morgan and his family are important to Theo, so as he falls for Elisse, can he chance crossing the bro code line, and risk losing the only loving family he has? I loved both Elisse and Theo, they were so interesting and complex with the perfect balance of strength and vulnerability. There is so much going on in this tender holiday love story. It is beautiful, and emotional, and just enough steam to warm your heart.

I love my visits to Winter Valley and I was excited to hear we were getting another book in the series and Here With You was everything I have come to expect from this talented writing duo and so much more. This is Elisse and Theo Foster’s magical story that captivated me from the first page and didn’t let me go until I had read the final line. It’s a quick read but it’s a story with all the feels and it left me smiling like a Cheshire Cat.
Theo is a player lives life in the fast lane and that means he has no time for relationships, he is also Elisse’s brothers best friend and that should put him clearly in the friend or enemy zone he should never try and cross the line to the lover zone ….or will he.
Elisse knows his visit to Winter Valley will be a quick one but that doesn’t stop her childhood crush feelings come rushing back to the surface and when he starts flirting with her she can’t help flirting back. So will Theo’s future be in Winter Valley, one click to find out.
This is a light hearted, magical read that ticked all my boxes. I swooned and I smiled a lot and I got to know Theo and Elisse. This is a read that’s full of love and passion and it will appeal toa wide range of audiences.

I haven't read the previous books in this series, but it was definitely possible to read as a standalone.

Theo and Elisse have been friends forever. He is her brother's best friend and works in the garage helping to design and make Theo's race car. Elisse is plagued with sibling guilt, with her sister wanting her to help run the event planning business and her brother wanting her to run his garage. Theo's father wants him to take over his Fortune 500 company and his uncle wants him to race cars. Both are pulled in many directions.
But when Theo and Elisse start spending more time together while building his race car, it becomes obvious that they both have feelings that they are hiding from and Theo knows he shouldn't act on them because of Elisse's brother. But the chemistry gets too much and eventually they give in to their desires.
A sweet, emotional story that was a quick read, will give you all the warm fuzzies you need.

I have to say that I would very much love to actually visit Winter Valley as it's simply put, delightful! Here With You is a story of #GirlPower since our heroine works in a male dominated world, which is where the power comes in because Elisse is amazing. Theo is our hero, and the best friend of Elisse's brother, who comes into said brother's shop to get his race car built where Elisse works as a mechanic as he's a race car driver obviously. She's harbored a crush on him for years, but until this moment in time, she never believed anything would happen, but the sparks are flying, and Theo is looking at her in a new light. These two are perfect for each other, making this story utterly delicious since it's light on the drama, so there's just that whole forbidden aspect but isn't too heavy. It's a book that is easily devoured in one sitting, and I CANNOT WAIT to go back to Winter Valley in the future! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is a nice story, but I would have liked more time with our main characters being together and interacting romantically. I personally feel like they liked each other and then BAM in love without us seeing the interactions that led them to each other. Elisse has wanted to run the family autobody shop forever. She started an event company with her twin, but this is her dream and it is finally a possibility. Theo is helping out his best friend and helping his younger sister to run the auto shop and to build Theo's next race car.

Elisse had a crush on Theo since she was a teenager, and he might have noticed her a time or two as well. These two keep getting in their own way while Theo also tries to remind Elisse to have fun and step away from work every now and then.

While this wasn't my favorite read, it wasn't a bad one and this is my own personal opinion. I received an ARC of this book and this is my voluntary and honest review.

Book 3 in the Winter Valley series and I devoured it in one sitting.
I loved all of it every moment of it.
This book was heartwarming and sweet.
The story was heartwarming, endearing and lots of witty banter.
Theo was Elisse’s brothers best friend and her long time crush.
When Theo is thrust back into Elisse’s life and these two trying to stay away from each other is impossible.
Can Theo overcome the sexual tension he feels with Elisse’s and not break the bro code ( to save his friendship with Morgan).
Or will he give into temptation and discover his happily ever after?
Both Theo and Elisse’s need to re-evaluate their lives and figure out just what it is they want and what they can’t live without.
Wonderfully written, entertaining and relatable characters.
I want to be part of this family.

I was given a complimentary copy but voluntarily chose to review

What an adorable story! 5 stars for this one!
Elisse just wants to take over the family auto shop, but her brother Morgan doesn't think she can handle it. When his best friend Theo asks him to build his next race car, Elisse can't believe he's back, her childhood crush, and he's better looking now then before. Geez, can she keep her mind on building the car and not how hot he is?
Theo loves getting away from under his obligation of running the family business, and escapes to race cars and spend time with his uncle. When he enlists Morgan to help build his new race car, and he see's Elisse, he's taken aback by her beauty, ripped jeans and all. He can't act on his feelings, she's his best friends sister, but my goodness, he wants her.
Enjoy their story, it's a quick read but so worth it!

It’s always great to go back to Winter Valley, as I’ve really enjoyed this series by these wonderful authors. It’s a super quick read that can be gobbled up in one sitting, which is great, but I wish it was longer.
Elisse was a strong character but a pushover at the same time. Torn between helping her sister grow a business that Elisse really isn’t passionate about and trying to prove to her brother that the garage is her dream job, she’s spread thin. It doesn’t help when brother’s bestie, and her longtime crush, Theo, starts to oversee her work at the garage. Cue the tension.
I liked the push and pull between the characters, but the chemistry was more luke warm than burning hot for me. And I wanted Elisse to stand up for herself more instead of being angry. Theo was okay, but he had his own issues of inadequacy to deal with as well.
Still, Here With You was a really good book.

I am loving the collaboration between these two authors. They compliment each other so so well. Not only the story is well written but the plot is mesmerizing and characters are well developed and relatable. We are back in Winter Valley CO and with a brothers best friend troupe, this time we get Elisse and Theo’s story . Elisse has a long time crush on her brother best friend Theo . The story was captivating and beautifully written it was unputdownable and binge read worthy story. It was heartwarming and a wonderful story. The story had lighter moments, emotional and romantic moments which gives you all the feels. Loved the plot and characters. There isn’t anything about this story I didn’t enjoy. I don’t want to give any spoilers but definitely this is one of my favorites from 2022 . Highly recommend this story.
